Good Gravy!

Since Thanksgiving is approaching, I wanted to share with you my favorite vegetarian gravy recipe.  It's quick and easy to make and delicious too!

Here are the basics:

1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. nutritional yeast (from the health food store)
1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. Tamari
salt & pepper

Toast the yeast and flour until you can smell it.

Add the oil.
Cook and stir till bubbly.
Add the water and Tamari.  Whisk.
If it's too thick, you can add a little more water.

I LOVE IT.  Tastes like chicken (gravy).
